Shane Gibson

bio-shane.gifShane Gibson is a Vancouver-based International Speaker, author and Global Entrepreneur who has addressed several thousand people over the past thirteen years on stages in North America, Southern Africa and South America. He is quickly becoming known as one of Canada’s foremost speakers on the topic of sales performance.  As a trainer, coach and motivational speaker he combines a diverse background in sales force leadership, new entrepreneur development and extensive sales and leadership coaching.

He has been published in numerous publications a speaker and authority on the topics of Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Communications and Assessing Business Opportunities. He has also addressed the topic of Entrepreneurial Leadership in magazine, radio and television interviews, including CMA Magazine, the Financial Post and Profit Magazine.

Shane Gibson is the author of Closing Bigger: The Field Guide to Closing Bigger Deals. He is also a certified Master Trainer and contributing author in the Complete Sales Action System™, and it’s supplementary program Managing Complex Business Relationships both published and produced by Knowledge Brokers International.

He continues to advise a select group of business executives, sales professionals and entrepreneurs on personal sales performance and business. Combustion Labs Media Inc, which operates as Ubertor.com, is a real estate software company that provides websites and online marketing tools to thousands of real estate agents across North America.  Reachd.com is a training company that focuses on marketing professionals and businesses that are interested in learning more about search engine optimization, blogging, online video, Google Adwords and social media. The 3rd is OutsourcingThingsDone.com which provides high level outsourced personel to business owners and mangers across North America.

Stephen has been covered in many major publications including The Vancouver Sun, The Wall Street Journal, The Ottawa Citizen, The Vancouver Courier, The Calgary Herald plus many more.  He has spoken at many different events including British Columbia Institute of Technology, The Vancouver Board of Trade, The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, and Inman News Connect 2007 in San Francisco where he was on a panel of 4 with a representative from Google, Yahoo and the Yellow Pages and 2009 in New York on a panel discussing blogging.

He is very active in the community as a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade Communication Committee, the Vancouver College Alumni Association, a volunteer with Kids Help Phone, the founding member of the largest real estate agent meetup in North America and a mentor for the Leaders of Tomorrow program.
